The 800 series tube expander is a highly versatile tool designed for expanding tubes across a wide range of sizes. Its product range covers tube sizes from 12.7mm (1/2") OD to 38.1mm (1 ½") OD, offering flexibility for various tubing dimensions. The expander is available with two roller options: 38.1mm (1 ½") or 57.1mm (2 ¼"), allowing for different project requirements. It is designed to work with tube sheet thicknesses ranging from 12.7mm (1/2") to 57.1mm (2 ¼"). Each expander features a reversible collar, with one side flush and the reverse side recessed by 3.2mm (1/8"). The 800 series tube expander is completely interchangeable with Airetool, Wicksteed, and Teco 800 expanders, offering compatibility and convenience. Additionally, 5-roll expanders are available upon request, providing further options for tube expansion tasks.
